- 30-days prior to move out submit your move out notice in writing at the beginning of the month. We do not pro-rate your month on move out. Notice can be given thru the portal using the “Contact Us” section or in person at the office.
- Return your keys and carpet cleaning receipt to the office. There will be additional paperwork to verify your forwarding address.
- Within 30 days the deposit will be refunded along with any bills that were paid out of the deposit.
- If money is owing, contact our office within 30-days to set up a payment arrangement. If a payment arrangement is not set up, your account will be forwarded to a collection agency.
